You are welcome to collect your order from GT&J at Welkom Square, Welkom, Free State, South Africa. Collection is free of charge and we will let you know as soon as your parcel is ready.

We ship door-to-door across South Africa through The Courier Guy. The courier fee depends on your delivery address and parcel details, and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment.

How delivery works
From the moment you send your order, we keep you informed every step of the way.
Step 1
Send your order on WhatsApp
Add your favourite pieces to the cart and send the order summary to GT&J through WhatsApp.
Step 2
Availability confirmed
We check that every item is in stock and reply with the confirmed product list.
Step 3
Courier fee quoted
For courier orders we confirm the delivery fee based on your location and parcel size before you pay.
Step 4
Payment confirmed
Once payment details are shared and payment reflects, we prepare your order for dispatch or collection.
Step 5
Dispatched or ready for collection
Courier orders receive a tracking number after dispatch. Collection orders are ready at Welkom Square.
Delivery times are confirmed on WhatsApp
Courier delivery times depend on your destination and The Courier Guy’s schedule. We do not promise a fixed delivery date or time unless it has been confirmed with you directly on WhatsApp. Tracking information is shared after dispatch so you can follow your parcel.
