Delivery Policy

You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from Welkom Square, Welkom, Free State, South Africa. We will let you know on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is ready for collection.

We deliver door-to-door across South Africa through The Courier Guy. Deliveries are made to the address you confirm with us on WhatsApp.

Courier fees depend on the destination and parcel details, and are confirmed separately from the product total. Your courier fee is quoted on WhatsApp before payment.

Orders are only processed once product availability and payment have been confirmed. Tracking information is provided after dispatch. We do not promise a fixed delivery date or time unless it has been confirmed with you directly by GT&J.

• All products shown on this website are subject to availability. Stock levels change quickly and a listing does not guarantee that an item is still available.
• An order is not final until it has been confirmed by GT&J. Sending a cart through WhatsApp creates an order enquiry only.
• Prices may be corrected where a genuine listing or pricing error occurred. If a correction affects your order we will tell you before payment and you may cancel.
• Courier fees are confirmed separately from the product total, based on your delivery address and parcel details.
• Product colours may appear slightly different in real life because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
• Customers must verify all order details — items, variations, quantities, prices and delivery address — before making payment.
• Customer information is used only to process enquiries and orders unless you give additional consent.
